Factory is a digital typeface/font I created directly from an early 20th century three inch brass stencil set. This particular typeface has a beautiful geometric/industrial look that I love. I was told that these stencils came from a factory in the Northeast.
I love vintage stencils and the way that shapes create letterforms, brand identities, personal monograms, etc.
Factory is the first typeface in a new project of mine called "Typefound" that showcases historical typefaces I am creating from actual stencil and stamping sets.
Personal and Commercial licenses are available for this typeface on request.
